Belinda joined the ATO in 2009 and is an Assistant Commissioner in the Public Groups and International business line. Belinda oversees the Top 100 Program which applies the justified trust methodology to obtain greater assurance that the largest corporate taxpayers are meeting their tax obligations in a timely and transparent manner. She is one of the co-leads responsible for the ATO’s involvement in the International Compliance Assurance Programme (ICAP) and the Soft Commodities Project. For 18 months during 2016/17, Belinda worked in Paris at the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration where she was an adviser to the Forum on Harmful Tax Practices, Forum on Tax Administrations and BEPS Working Party 11. Prior to joining the ATO, she worked as the International Tax Manager for EY for a Big 4 firm in London and New York.
